Bio!
Jordan (he/him) grew up in Troy, NY, where he and his friends spent their time playing massive games of Capture the Flag, taking trips to the creek, and performing and filming original short plays! Yes, it is inevitable that these grainy VHS quality videos will come out as blackmail at some point in Jordan’s life. Jordan graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Cognitive Science focusing on Narratives and Storytelling and while at Yale, Jordan split his time between rehearsing for productions on stage and on-camera and roadtripping the country with his a cappella group The Baker's Dozen, one of the oldest (and handsomest) singing groups in the country.
Jordan’s work has been featured as part of Shorts México, the largest short film festival in Latin America, and you can also catch him as Billy, a “tutor” in Power Book II: Ghost on STARZ (very different kind of tutoring than he does with his real life ACT/SAT students!). Coming soon, look (listen?) out for his voice as Levi Weeks in Erased: The Murder of Elma Sands, an audiodrama from Lava For Good productions!
He’s also been seen regionally at the Cortland Repertory Theatre, Greenwood Lake Theatre, and the NYC Fringe Festival, and some of his favorite theatrical roles include Sam/Homer in Mr. Burns: a post-electric play, Kurt Kelley in Heathers, and Joey Johnson in New Dawn: A New Musical.
Now living in Brooklyn with his partner and two cats (Chloe, Benji, and Milo, respectively) and represented by Leslie Zaslower and Milena Battaglia at Buchwald (AKA literal angel humans), Jordan likes to spend his time traveling the world, deepening relationships with family and friends, getting outside and into nature as much as possible (either in hiking boots or on skis), playing guitar, reading, journaling, working out, watching sports, playing video games, and generally finding new adventures!
